Notes for existing clients

When we receive your repayment for the Revenue Commissioner

Our system will email you immediately confirming that it has been received and you will be provided with a link to provide bank details and id so that payment can be released.  Please note that it can take up to 5
working days for us to receive any payment from the point that the Revenue Commissioner informs you.

If you have been notified from the Revenue Commissioner that we have received a tax rebate for you but we have not contacted you. Please email us on support@taxrebate.ie

This could be for one of the following reasons

1. The email address that you provided when you signed up is incorrect. (a letter missing ect)

2. You do not check your emails

3. Our emails may be going to your spam folder

4. It may be that your spouse applied and we are unable to match your pps number because of this.

 Please quote your name and your pps number when emailing us.
